Our countertop process

The process begins at our Cary, NC showroom, where you can bring a sketch of your layout and meet with a sales specialist to get a quote for your project. At the showroom, you can select a slab of the material and color of your choice. Once you have made your selections, we will schedule what is called the template.

Our dedicated template crew will come to your home and set wooden strips over your existing cabinets or countertops, which will give us the exact measurement and layout of your countertop. This ensures that there will be no miscalculations during fabrication. Once we have your template back at the shop, we will set up the installation appointment and begin fabrication of your countertops.

The countertop material is moved into our fabrication shop, where it is cut to size from the template. Once fabrication is complete and it is time for installation, our experienced team will carefully transport your countertops to your home. Because we employ our own in-house professional crew from start to finish, we guarantee our work and will not view a job as complete until we know that you are satisfied.
